Where are you located?
We currently are a company without a home. You can reach us at P.O. Box 61964, Los Angeles, CA 90064.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?
Generally speaking, it is best to arrive at the theatre roughly 15-30 minutes before your performance.

Does the theatre have wheelchair access?
Yes.

Can my child/baby attend the theatre?/Is the show appropriate for children?
It is Chromolume Theatre's policy that no babies in arms may be allowed to attend. Further, we do not permit children under the age of four (4) to attend. This is to ensure that all customers enjoy the show. Young children are admitted but are not encouraged to attend unless the parent is confident the child will not distract other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children. Generally, Chromolume Theatre produced productions are appropriate for school age children, while visiting productions can vary in appropriateness. Regardless, you should probably check with the Box Office when you order your tickets whether the production you are attending is appropriate for your child.

Are your actors professional?
In most cases, yes. Most, if not all, of the actors who perform in our shows are members of Actors Equity Association, Screen Actors Guild and/or American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

Do your musicals have live musicians or taped accompaniment?
All of Chromolume Theatre's produced musicals include a single piano, or a small orchestra, usually five pieces. We do not use taped accompaniment at any of our performances. Any visiting production may use taped accompaniment.

Whom do I contact to usher for one of your performances?
If you wish to usher for one of our performances, contact our House Manager.

How can I purchase tickets for one of your productions?
There are three ways to purchase tickets for Chromolume Theatre produced performances (please note that visiting productions' methods may vary):

• Purchase them online through our secure server
• Purchase them in person at the Box Office
• Purchase them over the telephone by calling (323) 510-1651 x202

Where do I pick up my tickets?
You can pick them up at the Box Office on the date of your performance.

Where is the Box Office located?
The Box Office is located immediately as you enter the theatre, to your right. The Box Office is open one hour prior to performance.

When are auditions for your performances?
Audition dates and times vary depending on the production. You can browse our Audition Page to check out when an upcoming audition is occurring and what to prepare for said audition.

Do you do only do musicals?
Chromolume Theatre's production productions are not only musicals. Occasionally, we will produce a play or a play with music. Visiting productions can vary anywhere between performance art to fully staged musicals.

Cast/Crew Bios

Michael-Anthony Nozzi, Truman Capote Tru

MIchael-Anthony Nozzi has been doing live theatre professionally for over 50 years, starting at the acclaimed Totem Pole Playhouse. A graduate of the American Academy of the Dramatic Arts, Michael has worked with Milton Berle, Shelly Winters, Vivian Blaine, Robert Alda, Douglas Fairbanks Jr. and in four productions with Jean Stapleton. Favorite roles include Elwood P. Dowd in Harvey, Daphne/Jerry in Sugar, and Noah in Two by Two. Michael would like to thank Angelica Estevez, Kimberly Walker, Randy Brown, Peter Miller, Fletcher Rodhan and Julie, Gio and Sarah for all of their love and support. He especially thanks his idol Robert Morse for being one of the best directors any actor could ever dream of working with and last and certainly not least, his sister whom we had not been able to perform this role without. Michael is currently seeking theatrical representation for film and TV.

Robert Morse, Director Tru

Robert Morse is the Tony and Emmy award winning actor who brought Truman Capote to life in Tru for 297 performances at the Booth Theatre on Broadway in New York City starting on December 14th, 1989. Morse later reprised his performance in Tru for the PBS series American Playhouse where he would go onto to win the 1991 Primetime Emmy Award and directed a production of Tru in Toronto. He won the Tony Award for originating the role of J. Pierrepont Finch in the 1961 Broadway production of How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying where he would also go on to star in the film version. Other Broadway credits include Say, Darling (Theatre World Award winner and Tony nominee for Best Actor in a Musical), Take Me Along (Tony Award Nominee for Best Actor in a Musical) and Sugar (Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Performance and Tony Award nominee for Best Actor in a Musical). Notable TV credits include the groundbreaking musical sitcom That's Life with E.J. Peaker, and in the late 2000s, he gained prominence for his recurring role of elder 1960s New York City businessman Bertram Cooper on the AMC Emmy Award nominated television show Mad Men where he would be nominated for several Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series.

Erica Lawrence, Stage Manager Tru

Erica is delighted to be working on another round of shows for The Hollywood Fringe Festival at the Lounge Theater. To name a few other credits, include Damn Yankees, Inherit the Wind, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Rumors, Don’t Drink the Water, Independence & The Bells of West 87th. When Erica isn’t stage managing she is a floor supervisor at The Alex Theater or furthering her goal to become a top-notch knitter. She thanks everyone for supporting the L.A. Theatre community. Mike Abramson, Producer Tru

An award winning Producer, Mike has successfully produced about a dozen shows in the Los Angeles area. Such notable productions include Jekyll and Hyde (LA Weekly Critic's Pick of the Week), Xanadu (LA Weekly GO), Avenue Q (LA Times Critics Choice, nominated for six 2013 Ovation Awards including Best Musical Intimate Theatre) and Dreamgirls (LA Times Critics Choice, winner of five NAACP Theatre Awards, three LA Drama Critics Circle Awards including Best Revival and four LA Weekly Theater Awards including Best Musical Production of the Year), Is There Sex After Marriage (6 month run, Recommended, Top 10 - Stage Raw), The Pokemusical (8 month run, Winner DOMA sponsored award for Best Musical), Rent (NAACP Theatre Award winner) & Nocturne. Mike is currently the in-house Marketing Director for Chromolume Theatre and works as a Theatre Manager for the famed Hudson Theatres.
